Effective 6 August 2026. This notice explains the basic information PlotGuardians uses to review and complete a property-service request.
We may collect your name, phone number, email, country, plot location, property references, access notes, requested services, consent choices and photos you provide. Please do not send identity documents, title deeds, bank details or card details unless we specifically explain why they are needed.
We use the information to review your request, prepare quotes, arrange site visits or cleaning, provide updates, create completion records, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records.
Information is shared only with people and service providers who need it for the requested work, such as assigned field teams and secure technology providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Customer photos and detailed plot information are treated as private service records. They are not used as public marketing material without separate permission.
Embedded Google Maps may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser details when the map loads. Opening the full map takes you to Google, where Google’s own privacy terms apply.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the request, safety, disputes and business records. You may WhatsApp us to request correction or deletion. Some records may be retained where legally required.
