Professional legal and privacy review is required before this template is used in production.
We collect contact details, plot location and references, access information, requested services, consent choices and photographs needed to assess and fulfil the request. Initial booking does not ask for title deeds or government identity documents.
Information supports assessment, quoting, payment reconciliation, scheduling, field work, completion reporting, support, security and required business records.
Access is limited to authorised operations, assigned field providers and contracted infrastructure providers for storage, messaging and payment. Card details are handled by hosted checkout, not stored by PlotGuardians.
Production retention periods must be configured for abandoned drafts, media, customer records and audit logs. Customers can request access, correction or deletion subject to required business retention.
