Free remote review
The free initial review is based only on the location, photos and information you provide. It does not include a physical visit, measurement, legal review or compliance certification.
Paid physical assessment
A physical visit is a paid service. The scope, price and access requirements will be shared before the visit is arranged.
Quote acceptance and payment
The accepted quote defines the work, price, assumptions, exclusions, proposed schedule and expiry. After accepting it, message PlotGuardians on WhatsApp for current payment instructions. Do not pay to an account or link that was not confirmed through the official number shown on this website.
Access and authority
The customer must provide lawful access instructions and confirm they are authorised to request work at the property. PlotGuardians does not determine ownership.
Site conditions
Unknown hazards, blocked access, neighbour disputes, severe weather or materially different conditions may require pause, revision or cancellation.
Service limits
PlotGuardians does not provide legal advice, a land survey, boundary certification, encroachment findings, security guarantees or assurance that a government authority will not take action.
