Who operates the service
PlotGuardians is a placeholder brand. Legal entity, registered address and identifiers will not appear until supplied and verified. The service is independent from government authorities.

Trust comes from explicit scope, private evidence, controlled access and honest limits—not from claims we cannot verify.
How work is supervised
Operations reviews the request, quote and access plan. Field evidence stays pending until an authorised quality reviewer releases the completion report.
What is not included
The service does not guarantee property security, prevent fines, detect encroachment, certify boundaries, prove legal compliance or replace professional advice.
How media is protected
Original booking and field media is stored in private object storage with booking ownership metadata. Access is signed, expiring and not publicly enumerable.
How payment works
Customers accept a specific immutable quote version. The server recalculates its INR total and opens hosted checkout. Work is not fulfilled from a redirect alone; a verified provider event is required.
Cancellations and disputes
The quote links to the applicable cancellation and refund summary. Support requests and reconciliations are recorded against the booking with an audit trail.
Completion report
The released report includes performed work, exceptions, paired evidence, timestamps, available coordinates, disposal notes and recommended follow-up.
